My design was to have the flyer fold outwards so that the illustration and type would be the main bit you see on the front side and then the back side would contain all the relevant information.
As i wanted the flyer to be something that the customer doesn't throw away and in fact keeps to maybe pin up somewhere or refer back to it from time to time, i needed to include lots of information.
That why my plan was to use the back page to have neatly layed out information that is easy to read and understand, matches the colour scheme and gets the message across. The idea of this is so that the customer reads the initial message about chipped pets, and then turn to the reverse side to find all the information they will need on the subject.
Heres my design for this. I wanted to keep it nice and neat. simple to read font, which also is the same as the font used elsewhere. simple colour coded headings and also a couple of simple silhouette illustrations and also some line illustrations of the chips to help get the message across. I think this works well but needs a little re-work before i am convinced on the design.
Re worked final design. SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE, GETS THE MESSAGE ACROSS. Works well.
Close Up on the detail. Illustration shows where chip is implanted into animal.
Further illustration of the chip.
Simple font, easy to read, looks professional, colour coded headings. also a glimpse of the 'antique white' stock i will be using for this. works well with the pastel blue and blood red colours.
