Focussing on specific examples, describe the way that Modernist art & design was a response to the forces of modernity?
My reasons for this is that I didn't want to go for a really broad subject and start talking baout lots of different things. As the word count isn't very big for an essay i wanted to stick to a subject that was focussed enough for me to fully explore within the word count barriers. I also was really interested with the whole modernist movement, and this was my favourite and most interesting lecture.
