OUGD406 // Stamp It // Stamp Layouts

I decided to, after creating my first two shoes, that i should see if they fit in a layout. Basing the designs from various research and my design sheet ideas, i put together these. I'm fairly happy with these at the moment. I may alter them at a later date but its a good template for my to work to to get all six stamps together.

I wanted to keep the background simple and leave the shoe the main focus. I kept the type in the corner small to help back up what the shoe is representing. I didn't want it to be over the top, keeping the design much like the idea, a simple concept of walking to work. 

I also tried a couple of crops and added in background on the shoe and stamp to see if that would look better. I think the original works better though.

My main concern at this point is the size of the stamp. The dimensions from the template i downloaded from RSA is 37mm by 27mm. It is bigger than a standard small letter stamp but i'm still not sure if my text and detail of the shoe will be legible enough for that size. I will have to print it out and see what it looks like/if it works.
