Proverbally yours - Message and Interpretation - Design Ideas

As i looked at my basic design ideas, i tried to derive a more focused idea that i could run with. After thinking of some different possible routes i could take i decided to stick with the leaflet/booklet being sent from a vet to customers informing them of getting their pets chipped, vaccinated and insured. I have this idea of putting together a little booklet based on type and simple icons with bits of information and links to web addresses on there.

Going with this then, i then did some more refined design ideas (still pretty rough) to see how i could go about this.

I toyed with some simple layout ideas of how i could put together the booklet. I really like the idea of the type going down in a column using a couple of fonts. I like the simple illustrations of the cat silhouette and the dog with the leg in plaster. I think i could definitely work with these as a starting point and get some really interesting results from them. 

Also going along with the 'chipped theme' i started to add microchip or circuit board lines into some designs. I would like to also push this to see how i can get it to work. Going along with that theme i also did some quick sketches of how i could incorporate the mailing list and envelope design in the same corporate theme so it all ties in nicely together.
