Proverbally Yours - Message and Interpretation - Design Ideas

Heres my first design sheet for this brief, just getting some ideas down for what possible routes i could take with the profession 'VET' and the proverb 'IT'S BETTER TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE'.

The most obvious route to me is to create something, be it a postcard, leaflet, poster, or something else that would be sent out by a vet to customers based around the proverb. The first idea for me was for it to be an advertisement/general warning to customers to get their pets chipped or vaccinated. This way the provers 'it's better to be safe than sorry' would fit in perfectly to use on the final piece.

As this brief is connected to the previous one, the three posters, i also wanted to see if it would fit into this idea. The colour scheme, blue and red would work ok as far as i'm aware as the red can stand for safety and the healthy red cross! the blue can stand for clinical and you often see blue/green colours around a vets. However, i can't see how the padlocks would fit into this particular idea. It would be irrelevant to include this on the subject that has nothing to do with that. Therefore i may have to tweak the ideas and come up with something new, but that still inks into the previous work.
