I created a colour swatch of my favourite pantone colours to carry around with me. This was so i could check each item i collect against the swatch to see if it matches the pantone.
This drawing pin is the perfect match for my Horizon Blue
This pair of scissors seemed to match the swatch perfectly when i first placed it against there. Now when i've took a photograph is seems to be a little bit lighter. I'm going to stick with it then check it against the actual pantone swatches in college.
The inside of this coke bottle top is again a perfect match for the Rococco Red pantone. However this may be hard to photograph against different background because of the small bit of visible darker red around the edges.
Same with this lighter. The outer casing red is much too dark but i was focussing on the inside segment. Again though this would be even harder to photograph against different backgrounds than the first one.
